Criminal Defense Attorney
Born in 1960, David Labriola is a Naugatuck native, and was a 1978 graduate of Naugatuck High School. From 1990 to 1993, Attorney Labriola operated a solo law practice in Naugatuck. David’s practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury law. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association (Criminal Justice Section) and the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He served as a Naugatuck Police Commissioner from 1991 to 1993. In 1993, he and his brother, Attorney Gerald Labriola, Jr., formed the law firm of Labriola and Labriola, LLC in Naugatuck. He served as a Town Attorney for the Borough of Naugatuck from 1995 to 1997. David is the State Representative for the 131st District, serving the towns of Oxford, Naugatuck and Southbury since 2003.
